And if you love chocolate like me then you have MUST try this recipe at your home. Double chocolate chip cookies are full with chocolate and more chewy. In this recipe you can use all those ingredients that are available easily in kitchen.

To make these cookies you can use instant coffee to change the color and taste of the cookies. And it is one of my favourites tricks when baking chocolate cookies. You just need about a tablespoon coffee.

Double chocolate chip cookies:-

The recipe of double chocolate chip cookies;

Ingredients:-

Flour- 1 cup

Cornflour- 1 tbsp

Cocoa powder- 2 tbsp

Butter melted- 1/3 cup

Caster sugar- 1/4 cup

Brown sugar (light/ dark)- 1/2 cup

Milk- 1/4 cup

Vanilla essence- 1 tsp

Baking soda- 1/2 tsp

Salt- 1/4 tsp

Instant coffee- 1/4 cup

Choco chips- 1/4 cup

Dark chocolate wafers- 1/4 cup

Recipe:-

For make the chocolate chip cookies you can use caster sugar or simple sugar.Firstly we will take a deep botton bowl and in which take the caster sugar. In it add some brown sugar. If you want the caramel flavour of the cookies then  brown sugar is important and due to brown sugar the color of cookies will be good. Then melt the butter and add it to the sugar. Most people like Chewy cookies that are most delicious and make for it we use unsalted butter.

Then give a mix all of them for 1-2 minutes even it will be combined. After it we take the room temperature milk and add it.For better smell we use some vanilla essence. Combine all of them. Let take the baking soda , cornflour, white flour and cocoa powder and stir them into the mixture. We can add instant coffee. Merge them all until it combined.

Coffee is used for change the taste of the cookies. Add some dark chocolate to this batter. Mix it gently.Place this mixture to the refrigerate for 30 minutes. If the mixture is cool it will help to bake the cookies more easily. Remove the mixture after 30 minutes from the refrigerate and make the small balls with the spoon. Now we will take baking tray and set the cookies on it. Set the space between the cookies because the will spread.

Frosting:-

Sprinkle some chocolate beans on the cookies. Balls are ready to bake. Now bake the balls for 16-18 minutes in 180 degree oven. Then cookies will be more crispy. You can bake the cookies for 12-13 minutes if you want chewy cookies. When the cookies are baked add some beans on it. Take them aside for moderate. Yummy and chewy double chocolate chip cookies are ready to serve. Cookies are serve with the high tea..!!

Tip:- You can keep this dough in fridge for upto 1 week and in refrigerate for upto 3 months.
